I took my Cavern & Intro and Full Cave certification with Julia at Cave Diving Tulum. She was an amazing mentor and coach throughout the course and took the time to teach me how to read cave maps and plan my dives safely. She gave me plenty of time to practice skills both on land and in the water before moving into the overhead environment. She even had amazing lunches every day! I cannot recommend Julia enough. She is patient and clear on her expectations and allowed me to set the pace, slowing down when I had questions and moving faster through the things I was already familiar with. There are a lot of options to take a course in Tulum but Julia is the absolute best! She even arranged a graduation cave photoshoot for me after my certification.

Julia is an absolute champ and one of the best private cavern guides in Tulum! I haven't dived with anyone else since meeting her, and I've recently completed a sidemount course with her too.
