Booking policy and payment

Our booking confirmation requires a 50% deposit in MXN or USD using bank transfer or cash. Where not covered in the daily rate cenote entrance fees will need to be paid in cash in MXN.

Most places in Tulum accept credit/debit card payments if you do not like to carry much cash. However, please bear in mind that the exchange rate might be unfavorable. Cash is often the best option.

To change money, local currency exchange offices in town are the best bet as hotels will usually give you a poor exchange rate.
To withdraw money use a bank ATM and try to avoid third-party ones which often charge hefty fees. Do not hesitate to ask us for recommendations.
